The space
Our house offers two guest rooms. Each modern room features a comfortable queen-size bed, a private attached bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a dedicated work area. Whether you’re here to surf, relax, or work remotely, we’ve got you covered with unlimited fiber internet and thoughtfully designed spaces.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything from a stove and fridge to a blender and water dispenser (hot and cold). Relax in the shared living room or enjoy the communal products provided for your comfort. The quiet surroundings make it easy to unwind, while the proximity to beaches, surf spots, and nightlife ensures plenty of adventure at your fingertips.

Please note that we have limited space for scooters on the property and unfortunately no parking for cars. If you are planning to arrive by car or need help arranging transportation, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to their private room, complete with an attached bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease, as well as a cozy living and dining area that invites relaxation and connection. For those traveling by scooter, we provide convenient on-site parking to ensure a seamless stay. Every part of the house is designed to make you feel welcome and at home during your visit.
During your stay
We live on the property with our friendly dog, Shady, and are always available to assist you during your stay. Having lived in Sri Lanka for several years, we’ve come to know and love the area, and we’re happy to help with any questions you might have. Whether it’s sharing a chat or leaving you to enjoy your privacy, we’re here to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable.
