1. General Terms
1.1. These terms apply to all guests and users of our website.
1.2. Puppy Rooms provides a secure booking experience, allowing you to pay most of the booking cost directly to the host upon arrival, ensuring that the accommodation meets your expectations.
1.3. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. Guests can book accommodations through our website by securing their reservation with a 10% non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining 90% of the booking cost is payable directly to the host upon check-in.
2.2. The remaining 90% can be paid in US Dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), based on the exchange rate at the time of check-in. If you wish to pay in another currency, we recommend checking with the host to see if they accept additional payment methods.
2.3. If you prefer to pay the full amount before arrival, you can conveniently complete the payment through our website.
2.4. The 10% reservation fee is non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as unavoidable situations), Puppy Rooms may review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance if needed.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1. Guests must provide accurate information when making a booking and comply with all property rules during their stay.
3.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be required to compensate the host for any losses incurred.
3.3. If any issues arise during your booking, please contact the host or reach out to our support team for assistance. We are here to help.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1. Guests may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation policy provided on the booking page.
4.2. The 10% reservation fee is non-refundable. However, if you encounter unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund for the booking fee, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Puppy Rooms.
4.3. Cancellation policies regarding the remaining 90% of the booking are set by the host and must be reviewed before confirming your reservation.
5. Liability & Disputes
5.1. Puppy Rooms is a booking platform and does not own, operate, or manage accommodations. We are solely responsible for facilitating the booking process between guests and hosts.
5.2. In case of any disputes between guests and hosts, we encourage direct communication. Should additional assistance be required, Puppy Rooms support is available to mediate and assist.
5.3. Puppy Rooms is not liable for any damages or issues related to booking cancellations, property misrepresentation, or payment disputes between guests and hosts.
